About Shankar Hills Society
The Shankar Hills Plot Owners Mutually Aided Cooperative Housing Society Limited (SHPOMACHS) was officially registered on the 22nd of January 2024. SHPOMACHS is registered under the Act that governs Cooperative Housing Societies in Telangana, namely the Telangana Mutually Aided Cooperative Societies Act of 1995.

Our Objective:
The society is dedicated to the ultimate goal of promoting among its members economic and social well-being through thrift, self-help, and mutual aid in concurrence with section 3 principles of the Telangana MACS Act 1995.

Rights of Members
Each of the individual members of the Society shall be entitled to:
- Avail all or any of the services offered by the society.
- Exercise his/her vote, subject to the restrictions stipulated in the Act and the bylaws.
- Get a copy of the annual report and accounts.
- Be eligible to run for election as a Director, provided they can contest the election.
- Receive a share of the surplus from dealing with the society and receive interest on their share capital.
- View his/her accounts and obtain a copy upon payment.
- Access the audited statement of accounts, audit reports, special audit reports, inspection reports, and compliance reports with the latest amendments in the Act and bylaws.
- Get a copy of the minutes of the General Body meeting.
- Get a copy of the registered bylaws of the society at a reasonable cost.
