The Board profusely thanks to its members for attending the meeting and making it successful.

Following are the brief takeaways of the meeting:

• It was found prudent to expand the Society by inviting the plot owners to join it.
• It was informed that the Society impleaded in 12 collusive cases filed by Jaihind Reddy and two more cases are being readied to be filed soon.
• It was informed that a Title Suit was filed by 122 members. It was suggested to file the title suit by all. Its modalities will be explored and informed soon.
• It was informed that the Society already impleaded in WP 6353 of 2024 filed by Mr. V. Rama Rao for constitution of SIT.
• It was found prudent to file criminal complaints on all fraudsters.
• It was suggested to file complaints with ED too on the financial irregularities in fraudulent registrations.
• It was suggested to carry out the digital survey and to invite the other groups for the same. The survey team of the Society is working on the same.
• An annual budget of Rs 80,00,000 was agreed upon towards legal, survey and administrative expenses. It was suggested and agreed to contribute the same @ Rs 60.00 per sq yard in two installments. First installment of Rs 30 per sq yard to be paid immediately and second installment of Rs 30 per sq yard to be paid by April 2025.
